Introduction
Ng Hoi Tung is passionate about painting and excelled in oil painting. She, whose artworks display simplicity, loves silence and peace and hopes to bring warmness and happiness to people surrounding her as well as pursue the truth, goodness and beauty of life.
With encouragements from teachers when being a student of Choi Jun School, she participates in different competitions and receives many prizes, among which was the 1st Chinese Arts Festival for the Disabled Children Competition and 4th National Art Competition for the Disabled Children organised by the 1st Chinese (Tianjin) Arts Festival for the Disabled Children Committee in 2010, where she won the Merit Prize, and another of her artwork “Sea of Flowers” was awarded the Merit Prize at “Cross All Borders: Hong Kong Festival Showcasing New Visual Artists with Disabilities 2012” (Youth Division) organised by Arts with the Disabled Association Hong Kong. She also promoted arts at school as “Arts in Ambassador-in-school” in 2009.
